Product Overview and Functions
The FTGZ-6 rail track inspector is mainly used to detect the static geometric parameters of the track, including track gauge, level (or superelevation), left and right track alignment and versine, left and right vertical alignment and cross level.

Main Functions:
· Equipped with an industrial computer (data collector) to record and analyze data, and simultaneously display the real measurement results in real time; the on-site over-limit alarm function for all items allows inspectors to immediately mark the locations of major defects.
· Supports man-machine dialogue to record markers or defects such as feature points of the line, level crossings, platforms,
loose fixed bolts, broken rails, etc.
· Can further analyze the detection data through the supporting intelligent data analysis and processing software, providing scientific basis for line maintenance.
Product Structure
· The detection mechanical device consists of two parts: the frame and the data collector;
· The data acquisition and analysis system consists of data acquisition and analysis software and an industrial computer (data collector). The data acquisition and analysis software has been pre-installed on the configured industrial computer (data collector) before leaving the factory and can be used directly; Schematic diagram of the FTGZ rail track inspector structure
